Port and Maritime Security

I teach Criminal Justice at Park University in Parkville, MO. My professional experience includes 28 years in law enforcement, primarily with the Miami-Dade (Florida) Police Department. From 1996-2006, I managed police and security services at the Port of Miami, retiring as Chief of Seaport Security Enforcement.
